We were there for 3 nights, overall had an excellent stay. It was good to have bottled drinks in the outdoor bar.

Well, the views were much to be desired here.

The hotel is beautifully kept and offers brand-new rooms with a balcony and comfy beds. the staff is really helpful and attentive, offering wake-up service and complimentary ironing. the hotel is conveniently located close to the landing, old downtown, many stores, restaurants, and local attractions. Staying here is a must during every visit to Branson.

We checked in on Sat. Nov.5, 2011 for the night and was very disappointed when we were awaken way pass midnight by loud talking, laughing and pounding music. It felt like the noise came from just next door to our room on the top floor (12th). We waited for ten minutes and the noise had become worse and louder. We called the front desk to complain about the situation. It took a long time before the noise eventually stopped. Our sleep was badly interrupted. We checked out the next day and we all suffered from lack of restful sleep. The manager agreed to refund for our booking through Booked.net but it will take one week. We are very disappointed. The hotel should refund us on the spot instead of letting us wait.

We greatly enjoyed our stay at the Hilton. The service was exceptional and the staff friendly and helpful. The facilities were luxurious, clean, and well-kept. We felt comfortable and well taken care of. We look forward to future stays.

The pet-friendly room was well-appointed and had great amenities. It was nice to have a flat-screen TV with satellite channels in the room. - the location of the hotel was perfect, with Branson Landing just a short walk away.
